Im zweiten Animationsfilm des kleinen Drachen gilt es für den Held der bekannten Kinderbuchserie, mit seinen Freunden ein Abenteuer im Dschungel zu bestehen. Die Drachen wollen ihre Ferien auf einer Insel verbringen. Leider sind im Sommerlager keine Stachelschweine erlaubt, und so müssen Kokosnuss und Freund Oskar ihre Freundin Matilda in einer Kiste ins Schiff schmuggeln. Der Schmuggelversuch glückt. Die Reisegruppe trifft auf Wasserdrachen, die eine andere Sprache sprechen. Sie lassen das Schiff der Reisegruppe nicht vorbei. Als das Boot eine andere Strecke nehmen will, fährt es prompt gegen einen Felsen. Alle müssen das Schiff verlassen und zu Fuß einen Weg zum Ferienlager suchen, mitten durch einen Dschungel fleischfressender Pflanzen. Die Geschichte ist für kleinere Kinder nicht zu spannend und bewusst langsam erzählt.
